How do I deposit funds?

  • Deposits are made via SEPA bank transfer
  • Funds typically arrive within 1–2 working days
  • Once processed, the balance appears in your lender account

How long does it take for a deposit to be processed?

Deposits are made via SEPA bank transfer.

  • In most cases, deposits are credited within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank

  • Once the transfer is received and matched to your profile, the funds will appear in your available balance

  • If payment details are incomplete or require additional checks, processing may take longer

You will be able to see the updated balance in your User Profile once the deposit has been processed.

What is SEPA?

SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) allows secure euro transfers between participating European banks under the same conditions for domestic and cross-border payments.

When can I withdraw funds?

  • Available (non-loaned) wallet funds can be withdrawn at any time
  • Withdrawals are processed within up to 5 working days
  • Funds loaned remain locked until maturity

Is there a fee for withdrawing money?

Mypeak does not charge a fee for requesting a withdrawal.

Why do I need to upload a document before withdrawing funds?

To protect your funds and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the bank account used for your deposit.

Before processing a withdrawal, you must upload a confirmation order of your deposit payment from your bank (PDF format).

The document must clearly show:

  • Your full name

  • The bank account number (IBAN)

  • The transfer details of your deposit

This allows us to verify that the bank account belongs to you and matches your deposit information.

Can I withdraw funds to a different bank account?

No.

For security and AML compliance reasons, withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account from which you originally deposited funds.

This means:

  • The account must be registered in your own name

  • The account must match the one used for your deposit

  • Withdrawals to third-party or different accounts are not permitted

If the account does not match your deposit account, the withdrawal request will not be processed.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Yes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 50.

Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be processed. If your available balance is less than EUR 50, you may choose to:

  • Wait until additional funds are credited to your balance, or

  • Keep the balance available for future lending

This minimum helps ensure efficient processing of payment transfers.
