What documents are available for each loan request?

For each loan request you will have:

• user agreement
• loan agreement
• repayment schedule
• risk disclosure document

Besides, there are Privacy Policy and website terms and Conditions available for all platform users.

Where can I find my loan agreement?

You can access your loan agreement in two places:

Before lending

Before you accept a loan request, the full loan agreement is available directly on the loan page. You are able to review the terms carefully before committing any funds.

After the loan is funded

Once the loan has been successfully funded and becomes active, the loan agreement appears in your User Profile, together with:

• The repayment schedule
• Key loan details

You can view and download the loan agreement at any time from your User Profile for your records.

How are taxes handled?

Lenders are responsible for their own tax reporting.
