What is KYC and why is it required?
KYC (“Know Your Customer”) is a regulatory requirement to verify user identity and prevent fraud.
Identity verification is handled by a third-party provider (SumSub).
How does verification work?
Verification is part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required before you can lend.
The verification process includes:
Providing personal information (such as name, country of residence, and contact details)
Uploading an identity document (passport or equivalent)
Completing a liveness check (selfie or similar verification step)
Verification is carried out remotely using a dedicated third-party verification solution.
In some cases, additional information or documents may be requested to complete the verification process.
What happens if my verification fails?
If verification cannot be completed, access to lending functionalities may be restricted until the required information is provided.
How do I deposit funds?
- Deposits are made via SEPA bank transfer
- Funds typically arrive within 1–2 working days
- Once processed, the balance appears in your lender account
How long does it take for a deposit to be processed?
Deposits are made via SEPA bank transfer.
In most cases, deposits are credited within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank
Once the transfer is received and matched to your profile, the funds will appear in your available balance
If payment details are incomplete or require additional checks, processing may take longer
You will be able to see the updated balance in your User Profile once the deposit has been processed.
What is SEPA?
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) allows secure euro transfers between participating European banks under the same conditions for domestic and cross-border payments.
